威尼斯886699成立于2018年9月。目前，学院拥有“政治学”与“公共管理”2个一级硕士授予点，“政治学与行政学”、“行政管理”、“公共事业管理”3个本科专业，以及1个公共管理专业硕士（MPA）学位点，并在法学院法学一级博士点下的“公共政策与法律”二级博士点招生和培养博士生。行政管理专业于2020年获批国家级一流专业建设点，政治学与行政学专业于2021年获批国家级一流专业建设点，公共事业管理专业于2021年获批山东省级一流专业建设点，学院实现一流专业100%全覆盖，处于全国、全校前列。

学院拥有在读全日制本科生582人，全日制硕士研究生145人，MPA在职攻读专业学位研究生800余人。

学院下设政治学、行政管理、公共事业管理三个系，拥有一支学缘结构合理、富有朝气和科研潜力的师资队伍。现有教职工80人，专职教师63人。其中，教授17人，副教授26人。教育部新世纪人才2人，泰山学者特聘专家1人、青年专家1人，中美富布赖特研究学者2人。繁荣工程教授1人，青年英才15人。国内知名公共管理专家娄成武先生担任名誉院长。

学院注重科研与教学相长。在学科整合的过程中，进一步凝聚研究共识，夯实学科基础，形成了行政管理、公共政策、资源与环境管理、全球海洋治理等结构合理、特色鲜明的研究领域和研究团队，科研成果显著。近5年主持国家社科基金海洋研究专项重大项目2项、国家社科基金项目18项、国家自然科学基金项目2项、教育部等省部级课题20余项；出版专著、教材20余部；在 SSCI、CSSCI等高水平期刊发表论文210余篇，获省部级及以上教学科研成果奖10余项。

   School of International Affairs and Public Administration of Ocean University of China was founded in September 2018. The school offers three undergraduate degree programs，namely political science，public administration and public affairs administration. It has two first-level disciplines，namely political science and public administration and it offers MPA program. Our school recruits the Ph.D students of public policy and law under doctoral program of Law. The undergraduate program of public administration are selected as national leading discipline in 2020, political science are selected as national leading discipline in 2021, and public affairs management is selected as provincial leading discipline in2021.Currently，all the undergraduate majors in our school are leading disciplines which is among the best in OUC and China.

     Currently the school has 582 undergraduates，145 graduates and more than 800 MPA students.

 The school has vigor and potential faculty team.There are 72 faulty members and 57 full-time teachers. Among them, there are 20 professors and 25 associate professors. There are 2 New Century Talents of Chinese Ministry of Education, 1 Taishan Scholar Young Expert and 3 Fulbright Scholars ,1 professor of Prosperity Programme and 13 Young Talents. All faculty members of the school have doctor’s degrees. Lou Chengwu, a well-known public administration expert in China, serves as our honorary dean.

     The school attaches great importance to academic research and teaching. In the process of discipline integration, research consensus has been further consolidated and discipline foundation has been consolidated. The research teams of public administration，public policy，resource and environmental management and global ocean governance have formed reasonable structure and distinctive characteristics. Over the past 5 years，scholars of SIAPA have presided 2 major Marine research programme funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China，18 projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China，2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and more than 20 provincial and ministerial projects. Scholars in the school have published more than 20 monographs and textbooks and published more than 210 papers of SSCI, CSSCI and other high-level journals, and we have won more than 10 provincial and ministerial awards for teaching and scientific research achievements.
